  1. Is my credit card / personal banking information safe on your site?

Yes absolutely! SSL or Secure Socket Layers is a cryptographic protocol that establishes a secure connection between a client application and a server on the Internet or other network. 

  1. Do you ship all over the world?

Yes we do! Please visit our shipping section for rates within Canada and the U.S.  Please contact us at 1-877-648-4042 or email us at customerservice@raisingrascals.com for international inquiries.

  1. How do I know that my order has been received and processed?

Once your order is received you will be sent a confirmation email stating that your order has been received.  Once it has been processed and shipped, you will receive a Canada Post tracking number for your product.  

  1. I have a product that I think Raising Rascals might be interested in selling, would you be interested in learning more about it?

You bet!  Raising Rascals prides itself on carrying trendy, unique and practical finds not found in your regular stores.  If you have a product or know of one that you think fits with our vision, please send us an email with your name and contact, product type and use and picture if possible to customerservice@raisingrascals.com

  1. Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to contact Raising Rascals to cancel an order.  If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, it can be cancelled – some conditions apply.   Please see customer service for a detailed description of our cancellation policy.

  1. Can I exchange or return an item?

We do have a return/exchange policy in effect.  Please customer service@raisingrascals.com for this information.  Please note that all personalized, custom items, and personal care items cannot be returned.

  1. I am looking for a specific product that you do not carry?  Is there any way that you could get this product for me?

Please contact us with your inquiry, we will do our absolute best to get it for you! 

  1. Do you sell gift certificates? 

We sell gift certificates in $10 denominations. They are redeemable on any items on our site at any time. There is no expiry date on our gift certificates.  To order a gift certificate, go to customer service or our gifts category.

  1. Do you have a brick and mortar Store?

Yes, we do!
